Terms and Conditions

Users on this site, (herein referred to as “You”, “your”, “You’re”) are welcome to select and purchase stationery, which Encore Services Maintenance Specialists PTY LTD 201525881107 (herein referred to as “We”, “Our”, “Us”) will ship to door or to Locker according to your preference. We use PUDO for easy-to-use economic shipment in South Africa, but we are working on integrating more options for delivery in South Africa and internationally. If you wish to resell our products, please use the contact form below and we will contact you to discuss reseller options appropriate for your circumstances. Unless we have expressly authorized you to resell our products, You are not authorized to sell, distribute, or use this stationery in part or in whole, in print or electronically, in any commercial way, on any other website including Social Media Platforms, or under any other name unless expressly authorized in writing by us. You are however welcome to share links to your favorite stationery on this site for others to visit our site on any platform you wish.

By making use of this site or any voucher codes we may issue, you accept these terms and conditions and understand that should you not agree with them you should not make use of this site.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms as may be necessary from time to time at our discretion.

Shipping

We are currently using Pudo(The courier Guy) to ship in South Africa to door or to the locker of your choice. If you prefer using your own shipping method or would like to collect, the local pickup delivery option is selected by default. Till we find a courier for international deliveries to partner with and integrate into our site, this is also the option for international sales. For customers outside of South Africa, Please use your own courier and arrange collection with us once your order is ready to ship.

Refund and Return Policys

As we are printing the stationery to order, we regret that once we have printed your order we cannot issue any refund for the Stationery. In some cases, we could issue a refund on the shipping if we receive the request in time to cancel the automated shipping payment on checkout. This will be at our discretion. Please do not return orders to us, on a case-by-case basis, we will asses what to do for you. Please use the contact form on our site to report lost, missing, damaged, or incorrect orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please use the contact us form on our site as we will make a decision on a case-by-case basis.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased with Vouchers
  • Special Order Custome Art on request
  • Downloadable Art of any kind
  • Downloadable products of any kind

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items where a voucher was applied, or a gift card was used cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged on a per-case basis. If there is a defect with an item you purchased, such as the wrong item, damaged, lost, or stolen in transport, or the file of an electronic download is corrupted, please fill in the contact form so that we can connect with you. Be sure to use the same email address you used when purchasing your item so that we can easily verify the purchase and contact you.
